Refund & Exchange Policy

We Accept Returns Happily

You can request a return within 24 hours after the product is delivered.

Since we sell toys, we provide a checking warranty and damage warranty.
After 24 hours, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if:

  • The toy has been used by the child
  • The packaging is torn or damaged

Return Conditions

To return an item:

  • The toy must be unused
  • It must be in the same condition as you received it
  • It must be in the original box and packing
  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase

âš  Please do not send the product back without contacting us first.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items cannot be returned because they can easily get damaged if used incorrectly. These include:

  • Bubble liquids
  • Swimming pools
  • Tents
  • Helicopters
  • Drones
  • Inflatable items

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund may be given (depending on the condition of the returned item).

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. We will check and inspect it.
  2. We will inform you by email, WhatsApp, or phone call whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  3. If approved, your refund will be sent to your bank account, JazzCash, etc.
  4. The amount will be credited within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank (sometimes it takes time to process).
  3. If you still don’t receive it, email us at info@laadlay.com
Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

Any video or proof shared on other platforms will not be accepted.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit after we receive the returned item.
  • If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer, and they will know about the return.

Gift Returns

To return a product, send it to:

  • You will pay the return shipping cost.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    If a refund is approved, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
    Delivery time for exchanged items depends on your location.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using:
  • A trackable shipping service
    Shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible if we do not receive your returned item.
